En la sección de deportes, hoy os voy a dar una serie de claves para elegir bien vuestras zapatillas para hacer deporte. Se trata de un tema delicado, pues no debemos jugar con la salud de nuestros pies y por consiguiente que afecte al resto de nuestro cuerpo.
Dos son las características que debemos ver que tengan las zapatillas que vamos a comprar, que sean transpirables (sobre todo en la parte del empeine) para que nuestro pie se mantenga fresco y la amortiguación (para evitar riesgo de lesiones en las articulaciones) por los impactos a la hora de practicar determinados ejercicios.
Los expertos recomiendan que compremos deportivas al final del día ya que los pies están en su máxima expansión después de estar el día de pie o en movimiento y probarlos con el tipo de calcetín que vamos a usar habitualmente, permitiendo movilidad de los dedos y evitando comprar deportivas que nos queden muy justas.
Si se practica ejercicio varios días a la semana es conveniente no usar siempre los mismos tenis ya que con el uso se van gastando y perdiendo sus propiedades, por lo que es recomendable tener más de un par y renovarlos cada cierto tiempo.
Y como moda y deporte están cada vez más ligados, hay modelos y colores para todos los gustos, así que a elegir vuestras zapatillas!!

And as fashion and sports are increasingly linked, there are models and colors for all tastes, so choose your running shoes!
