Hola!! Que tal va la semana? Hubo algo de suerte en la lotería? Nosotros nos conformamos como siempre (y tocamos madera) con tener salud :):)
Las noches de fiesta están a la vuelta de la esquina, la Nochebuena a dos días y fin de año para la semana que viene y hay que lucir el modelo perfecto así como los tacones sin el miedo a que nos hagan daño, por eso hoy os doy unos cuantos tips para que la noche fluya perfecta y luzcamos nuestros zapatos sin miedo a que nos lastimen.
Lo primero y muy importante es que nuestros tacones sean de nuestro número exacto ni uno más ni uno menos pues podemos sufrir las posibles rozaduras y heridas en dedos y talón o que se nos escurra y resbale por ser demasiado grande.
Otro truco es hidratarnos bien los pies con crema así como nuestros zapatos, la noche anterior los dejaremos con un poco de crema aplicada en la suela y recubierta por papel para que la absorba.
Aconsejable siempre que vayamos a usar los tacones bastante tiempo es el uso de almohadillas o plantillas de silicona para reducir el impacto y la presión.
Si es el caso de que nos toca estrenar un par de zapatos y no nos da tiempo a llevarlos a la horma del zapatero un truco puede ser introducir una bolsa con agua en los zapatos y meter al congelador, el agua se congelara y hará que el zapato se expanda. Conviene hacer este paso el día o noche anterior al uso.
Y por último una cuestión a tener en cuenta es el tipo de tacón que llevemos cuanto más pequeño menos impacto y mejor soportaremos y canto más grueso mejor. Pero para el gusto están los colores y los distintos modelos de zapatos.
